Hurricane Dorian Bahama Relief

Toronto, September 6, 2019

On behalf of Heritage Education Funds International and our Canadian parent company Knowledge First Financial, our thoughts and hearts go out to you, your families and residents of the Bahamas affected by the devastation caused by Hurricane Dorian. We, like the rest of the world, have watched with such sadness and shock as the events unfolded. We cannot imagine the devastating impact this natural disaster has caused you and your loved ones. We hope that everyone is safe and finds comfort from neighbouring communities, countries and all those who are reaching out to lend a helping hand.

We, a Canadian based company, are very proud to hear that our government has announced it would give up to $500,000 in emergency assistance to support experienced humanitarian organizations.

We would also like you to know that we are collaborating with the Red Cross and offering our support through a donation. We have reached out to our Canadian sales force, Head Office employees and International Sales Teams to help raise funds toward Hurricane Dorian relief efforts.

In terms of supporting you during this very stressful time, we are taking the necessary steps to allow you, our valued subscribers, to focus on what's important. Our aim is to ensure that every family affected is able to maintain their scheduled contributions without penalties. If you are unable to make your contributions on time, we urge you reach out to the local office in Nassau or our head office Customer Services team to discuss available options to assist you the best way possible. The contact details are as follows:
